The Cole Cabin is available for this Winter season (’24-’25).
The Cole Cabin offers authentic Vermont ski housing with a relaxed old-style character. The Cabin is a refuge from the resort, yet it is only a short five minute drive away. The Cabin sits off a dead-end dirt road that is kept open all year round by the town.
$223 per night plus tax with a five day minimum stay plus tax and security deposit. Holiday periods are slightly more. Stays of a week or more are discounted.

The Cole House is taken for the ’24 – ’25 ski season.
The Cole House offers ski housing that is away from the city-like atmosphere at the Stratton Ski Resort, but is only a short five minute drive from the resort. It is on a dead-end dirt road that is kept open by the town year round.
To get to the resort, take a right at the bottom of the lane. 500 feet later take a right up Brazier’s Way. This is the back access road to the resort. Five minutes later you are ready to ski.
With a pond you can skate on (3/4 of an acre in size) right on the property, you will have an alternative activity for the kids that costs you nothing extra; you just have to shovel the snow off it.
